European Climate Alliance
The European Climate Alliance (Climate Alliance, Klimabündnis) founded in 1990, is located in Frankfurt now has more than 1,600 members (municipalities, organizations, regions) can boast 25 European countries. The world’s biggest membership association aims to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases. The City of Nagykanizsa joined the alliance first from Hungary in 2004 and so far it is the most populous member in Hungary. The past 10 years involves active co-operation on a number of joint programs, projects and meetings. Our company helps the cooperation between the city and the Climate Alliance since 2009. As a result the town participated in numerous the European projects and in 2013 Nagykanizsa took place in the international conference, in which in addition to the Hungarian participants, Bonn, Berlin, Potsdam, Villach and Vienna have also been guests.
